New Community Vibe at Grandpa's

Updated: Oct 1, 2022

Now entering into our seventh year of Grandpas Gallery and interiors our journey has been one of amazing creativity and pleasure with many local artists in so many genrês.

Their work and the gallery have both grown together delivering some of the finest art in the South West and as a gallery a destination for the best in Maritime and Coastal art seven days a week, we are so happy to not just have retained their relationships but have added to them as the years have gone by through the saddest pan happy days recently.

Not only are we proud of our relationship with the artists and artisans but with our community relationships.

No longer Colin’s (Grandpas) Gallery but more Seaton’s gallery where you share i the experience of local art with visiting family and friends to view in one location home grown local artists. With JaZcott Framing completing the experience.

So, it’s time that Grandpas grew a little more during 2022 and moved closer to our community by offering to you CREATIVE WORKSHOPS @ grandpas, and learn or develop from the whole team.

From our amazing artists; Mike Jackson in Watercolour, Barry Seaforth in Oils along with Lez Grey also our newest member to the team in Oil.

Fiona Lindsey helping you experience the world of Acrylics and with Richard Webster teaching Pencil drawing and Multi Media art and of course Sue Lewin also with Acrylic seascapes. Away from the painting we will be offering lessons in Wine Tasting, Upholstery with Barbra, a book Club, and beginners and intermediate level Photography with Gill.

Special Christmas Cheese / Wine / and Christmas themed Wreath making evenings limited to 10 places per workshop with so much more as become requested through the year, with up to eight pupils per workshop for now three times a day Monday - Friday.
